4 to 10 years experience in Wireless Baseband / PHY Algorithm Development
PHY architecture design for wireless baseband processor
Proficiency in Matlab and C / C++
System prototyping and testing
Knowledge of Digital modulation schemes, Equalizers, OFDM, MIMO, beam forming, and inner / outer decoder / encoder receiver technologies, data converters etc
Excellent Analytical, Abstraction, Communication and Documentation skills
Ability to work with multi-functional, multi-site teams and a desire to work as a team player is a must
Self-driven, result oriented individual with a capability to work as an independent contributor
Motivated to work in a multidisciplinary start-up environment
